Visitor Parking is located in Ross Tower Garage 1 (map above) which is at the corners of Ross Avenue, N. Ervay Street, San Jacinto Street and N. St. Paul St.  Once you park in the garage enter the garage elevators and press the “B” button.  You will then exit the elevator, turn left, go through doors and follow the signs to Ross Tower.  You will come to a set of escalators and when you do you will go up one floor and the elevator banks are to the left.  Look for the elevators for floors 16-30 and we are on the 19th Floor, Suite 1925.
